Botswana Lodges - Little Kwara Camp - Okavango Delta

Little Kwara Camp is situated on an island on the edge of the permanent waters of the Okavango Delta and shares a common boundary with Moremi Game Reserve.

Whilst the camp shares a similar name with the well known Kwara Camp it is completely separate and is ideal for small groups looking for exclusivity.

The tents are spacious and are built on wooden decks under a tree canopy, each with their own private veranda. All tents have en-suite facilities comprising bathroom with bath and an inside/outside shower.

Little Kwara Camp offers year round mokoro (dug out canoe) trips, double deck boat cruises, and island walks. There are also off road day and night game drives which offer the oportunity to see Leopard, Lion, Wild Dog, Hyena and smaller predators. The presence of permanent water means that not only is  there is excellent year-round game viewing but that the morning mokoro trips can be taken throughout the year.

Fishing using rod and reel is also available on request, although fly fishing enthusiasts need to bring their own equipment. 

Access is by air via the Kwara airstrip.
