Day 1 - Windhoek
Collect your vehicle at Windhoek International airport and proceed to the City. Your Guest House is a quiet haven of peace and privacy only a few minutes drive from the city centre of Windhoek. There are numerous restaurants, a tea garden and shopping centre within close proximity. Enjoy the day at leisure. Approximate travelling distance: 50 km

Day 2 - Kalahari region
Your journey takes you to a typical African guest farm situated 160km south-east of Windhoek in the vastness of the Kalahari.
Enjoy home grown typical Namibian cuisine in the thatched ‘lapa’ or around the fire in the ‘Boma’ under the glittering stars.
Additional excursions on offer: private game reserve, private observatory, leopard and cheetah viewing, Kiripotib farm drives. Approximate travelling distance: 160km

Day 3 - Keetmanshoop
After a leisurely breakfast depart Kiripotib Guest Farm and travel to Keetmanshoop and the Quiver Tree Forest.
Overnight at a Lodge situated in Keetmanshoop, the heart of the breathtaking south with its endless diversity of beauty. This old Hansa Hotel was built in 1910 and has since been upgraded. Approximate travelling distance: 365km

Day 4 - Fish River Canyon
A short drive brings you south to Gondwana Canon Park, which is 20km away from the main viewing point of the Fish River Canyon. With an area of 1, 120 sq km this park is the oldest nature reserve of the Gondwana Desert Collection. Watch springbok, gemsbok, hartebeest, ostrich and mountain zebra.
Additional excursions on offer: horse riding, scenic drives or interesting walking trails. Approximate travelling distance: 140km

Day 5 & 6 - Aus region
This morning rejoin the main road and continue to Aus ('snake fouintain' in the Nama language )and the Gondwana Sperrgebiet Rand Park situated outside the village. In the past, Aus held particular importance for the indigenous people and early explorers, as it was the place to replenish water supplies before or after crossing the harsh Namib Desert.
This is a landscape of massive granite mountains, dry riverbeds scattered with rocks and sweeping desert plains.
Excursions on offer: scenic hiking trails, the Koichab dune sea, tours to see the Namib Desert Horses. Approximate travelling distance: 280km

Day 7 - Helmeringhausen region
After breakfast depart the extreme south and travel north through the desert plains to Helmeringhausen. Your guest farm is situated in the dreamlike south-western landscape between Castle Duwisib and Helmeringhausen.
The fascinating scenery of the landscape gives you ample opportunities for outstanding photographs. Approximate travelling distance: 150km

Day 8 & 9 - Solitaire region
Todays journey takes you to Sossusvlei, the most amazing destination in the southern region. With its monumental high sand dunes, these star-shaped dunes formed by strong multi-directional winds are a sought-after topic for artists and photographers.The warm tints of the sand, ranging from apricot to orange, red and maroon, contrast vividly with the dazzling white surfaces of the large clay pans at their bases.

The Guest Farm one of the oldest farms in the south of Namibia, situated at the foot of the Naukluft Mountains, invites you to stay for a few days.
Excursions on offer: trips to the petrified dunes, hiking trails on the farm, farm trips with game viewing and sundowner trips. Approximate travelling distance: 320kms

Day 10 & 11 - Swakopmund
After breakfast drive to Solitaire via the Ghaub and Kuiseb Passes to the coastal resort of Swakopmund. The coast and its hinterland afford many opportunities for sport, angling and other recreational activities. Swakopmund is much loved by Namibians as a welcome respite from the heat of the interior. This quaint desert town hedged by desert and sea is enhanced by lush green lawns and palm trees. The pension has been under the management of the Rapmund family since 1968, it is centrally situated close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Approximate travelling distance: 440kms

Day 12 & 13 - Omaruru
Leaving the coast behind travel inland to the Erongo region and Eileen Guest Farm. The Guest Farm is a combined cattle, smallstock and game farm where both cattle and game live together. Various game species can be found roaming free and undisturbed. Guests can accompany the owners to see how the farm works or see and experience nature and wildlife.
While in the Erongo Mountains you should definitely visit the bushman rock paintings. Painted on huge boulders of Erongo granite, the paintings depict hunting scenes and ritual motives. Since these rock paintings are on private farms and not open to the public advanced booking is essential. Approximate travelling distance: 200kms

Day 14 - Damaraland
Your journey takes you via the towns of Uis and Khorixas to a Guest Farm situated on the south-western edge of Etosha National Park. The magnificent natural splendour of a Namibian sunset can be experienced from the lodge and game drives are offered in an open safari vehicle through the Mopane savannah on the farm. The spotlit waterhole provides enjoyable viewing in the evening when kudu, eland, oryx and zebras come to visit. The bungalows offer a beautiful view of the savannah and shady verandahs offer an impressive view of the farmland. Approximate travelling distance: 420kms

Day 15 & 16 - Etosha region
A leisurely drive takes you to Vreugde situated just 30 minutes drive from Etosha National Park, making a perfect stop to sit back, relax and recapture the beauty that you have experienced on your travels.
Enjoy the peaceful tranquillity as you relax in the beautiful garden, while your hosts pamper you and take care of your every need. Experience real Namibian style farming activities or take an exciting game drive on a nearby Game Ranch. Enjoy game drives into Etosha National Park, one of the largest parks in Africa. Approximate travelling distance: 200kms

Day 17 & 18 - Etosha region East
After an early breakfast start your journey through Etosha National Park, with a lunch stop at Halali Resort. Etosha has a vast array of bird and wildlife with a series of waterholes along the southern edge of the pan. Leave the National Park and proceed to your Guest Farm 25 kilometres from the eastern gate of the Park. Sachsenheim's natural African bush offers endless opportunities to photographers. The farm also harbours a rich bird life and a large variety of game, including giraffe, eland, kudu, gemsbok, hartebeest, zebra, warthog and duiker. Approximate travelling distance: 200kms

Day 19 & 20 - Waterberg region
Leave Etosha and travel to the mining town of Tsumeb en route stop at Lake Otjikoto,formed when the roof of a huge dolomite cave collapsed. Continue via Otavi and Otjiwarongo to your Guest Farm which lies at the foot of the majestic Waterberg Plateau. The area is home to a wide cross-section of Namibian wildlife, including leopard, the elusive cheetah and the wily jackal. After a long day in the bush relax with a sundowner watching the setting sun illuminate the blood-red Waterberg Plateau. Approximate travelling distance: 355kms

Day 21 - Windhoek region
Travel to the outskirts of Windhoek passing through Okahandja with its well-known wood-carvers market. The Lodge is only 20 minutes drive from Windhoek city centre, but is surrounded by mountains. The panorama-pool is a great venue for afternoon tea, coffee and cakes or you can relax and enjoy a drink at the pool bar. In the evening you have the choice between a delicious dinner served in the open air Boma and your personal BBQ directly in front of your apartment where you can “Braai” for yourself. Approximate travelling distance: 240km
