Day 1 - on arrival in Nairobi you will be taken to the Intercontinental Hotel.

Day 2 - after a short flight to Kilimanjaro Airport you will be met by your driver/guide and taken to the Arusha Coffee Lodge for lunch before continuing to Tarangire Tree Tops for an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight: Tarangire Tree Tops or similar

Day 3 - enjoy morning and afternoon game drives at Tarangire National Park, home to thousands of elephant and populated in the dry season by game that have migrated from the Masai Mara. This is a bird watchers paradise with a wide variety of resident raptors including the Palmnut Vulture and Fish Eagle. Overnight and full board: Tarangire Tree Tops or similar

Day 4 - join a local guide for an early morning game walk before returning to the lodge for breakfast and further game viewing before lunch. Departure to Ngorongoro Conservation area, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. En route see the highly endangered Black Rhino and cross the Great Rift Valley. Dinner and overnight under canvas! (mobile camp)

Day 5 - an early morning visit to the crater floor (with a packed breakfast) to enjoy searching for black rhino, leopard, waterbuck, zebra and many other species. Return to your overnight mobile camp for lunch and then head north into Serengeti National Park, arriving at Migration Camp in time for a sundowner. Dinner and overnight: Migration Camp

Day 6 - a full day to experience morning and afternoon game drives in the renowned Serengeti National Park. Serengeti.....'endless plain' in the Masai language is probably the most famous game park in the world! Here you can search the plains and kopjes for leopard, cheetah, lion and other wildlife. Overnight and full board: Migration Camp

Day 7 - enjoy further game viewing in the Serengeti area. Lunch at your camp and then fly back to Arusha where you will be met and transferred to the Arusha Coffee Lodge, within a mature coffee plantation. Dinner and overnight: Arusha Coffee Lodge

Day 8 - A morning at leisure. Afternoon transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for a short flight back to Nairobi where, on arrival, you will be taken to the Carnivore restaurant for a farewell dinner before your flight departure.
